The short version

Most Likely to BOOM is built to be private by design. The app has no accounts, no sign-up and no chat. The game — including the player names you type in — runs entirely on your device and is never uploaded.

What the app processes

Player names and game data — stored only on your device (local storage). They never leave your phone and are deleted when you delete the app.
Game content — on launch the app downloads the latest questions and settings from our content server (Supabase, hosted in the EU). Like any web request, the server briefly processes your IP address to deliver the content; we do not use it to identify you.
Purchases— Premium subscriptions are processed by Apple. We (via our payment partner RevenueCat) receive an anonymous identifier and your subscription status — never your name, address or payment details. See RevenueCat’s privacy policy for details.
App Store reviews — handled entirely by Apple; we only see what you choose to publish.

What we do not do

We do not sell or share your personal data.
We do not build profiles of you.
We do not require an account or e-mail address to play.

Analytics

If we add analytics in a future update (to understand which features are used), we will update this policy first and, where required by Apple, ask for your permission via the standard iOS tracking prompt.

Age

The app is intended for players aged 17 and up. Some themes contain adult (18+) content and are clearly marked in the app.

Your rights (GDPR)

Because your game data only exists on your own device, you are in control: deleting the app removes it. For any privacy question or request, e-mail us at ecappnl@gmail.com — we respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

We may update this policy as the app evolves; the latest version always lives at this address.
